Spinach and Ricotta Pie

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach, boiled and drained
- 1 lb ricotta
- 4 eggs
- Cup grated cheese
- Dash nutmeg
- Pepper to taste
- Deep dish pie crust
Process
Mix all ingredients except for the pie crust
Pour the mixture into the pie crust
Bake at 350 until the filling is set, approximately 30 minutes or so
